Sunde Engineering was involved with site design work, including stormwater management and utilities. As part of the stormwater management aspect of this project, impacts upon an adjacent trout stream had to be considered. Stormwater treatment was designed that would allow for sedimentation, cooling, and improved oxygen content of discharged water before entering into the stream utilizing a gabion structure.
Our participation in the project spanned schematic design, design development, government approvals, and construction document phases.
