Sunde Engineering provided design work for an existing hospital campus for the construction of a new surgery addition to the east, a loading dock addition to the west, shell space on the north, and associated parking areas. We provided professional services through schematic design, design development, and government approval phases for this project. Sunde Engineering performed the necessary design work to obtain stormwater management approval, utilizing best management practices to provide for water quality control of stormwater runoff and we prepared hydrologic calculations in a format suitable to the City. As part of our tasks, we developed Grading and Drainage, Stormwater Management, Soil Erosion Control, and Sewer and Water Utilities Plans.
