Sunde Engineering perfomed site design work for a 22,000 sq. ft. library facility and a 1,200 sq. ft. license center building, associated parking areas, and driveways on a ±2.5acre site. Site layout, stormwater management, grading and drainage, erosion control, and sewer and water utilities plans were provided by Sunde Engineering and our participation in this project was throughout schematic design, design development, government approvals, and construction document phases. We designed a bio-infiltration system for stormwater runoff to use in lieu of NURP ponding. By doing so, more green space was added to the site, increasing site aesthetics.
