Sunde Engineering performed site design work for the construction of a new 175,000 sq. ft. building with associated walks, parking areas, driveways, and utilities on a 6.8 acre site. Our participation in this project spanned schematic design, design development, governmental approval, and construction documentation phases. Sunde Engineering produced stormwater management design utilizing best management practices that provided for water quality control of stormwater runoff as required by the Federal Clean Water Act and the local government. Erosion control plans were designed to meet or exceed requirements of the City, Watershed District, Department of Natural Resources, and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. In addition to providing plans for this project, Sunde Engineering also provided construction observation and post-construction as-built work.
